The wonderful taste of mango blended with garlic and glazed on some fresh peeled shrimp is nothing short of spectacular. Shrimp in 15 minutes, you can’t beat that.

Ingredients

  • 1-2 pound peeled shrimp

  • 3 cloves minced garlic

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 4 tbsp mango preserves

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • Kosher sea salt

  • 1 tsp black sesame seeds for garnish

Directions

  • Bring shrimp to room temperature melting butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add garlic and preserves and stir for 1-2 minutes.
  • Toss shrimp in pan and cook about 5 minutes, flipping half way through, until they are cooked. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Remove from pan and pour remain sauce over them, top with sesame seeds. Serve with rice or just by themselves.
