minutesThe wonderful taste of mango blended with garlic and glazed on some fresh peeled shrimp is nothing short of spectacular. Shrimp in 15 minutes, you can’t beat that.
Ingredients
1-2 pound peeled shrimp
3 cloves minced garlic
2 tbsp unsalted butter
4 tbsp mango preserves
1/4 tsp black pepper
Kosher sea salt
1 tsp black sesame seeds for garnish
Directions
- Bring shrimp to room temperature melting butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and preserves and stir for 1-2 minutes.
- Toss shrimp in pan and cook about 5 minutes, flipping half way through, until they are cooked. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from pan and pour remain sauce over them, top with sesame seeds. Serve with rice or just by themselves.
