Ingredients

  • 3 poblano peppers

  • 3 cloves garlic

  • 1 1/2 tsp ground sumac

Directions

  • Prepare smoker with charcoal, once cooked down, add in water soaked hickory chips.
  • Cut a small slit in each pepper and insert 1 crushed clove of garlic and 1/2 tsp sumac.
  • Smoke for 15 minutes each side.
  • Figure out how to use them in a dish!
