3 poblano peppers
3 cloves garlic
1 1/2 tsp ground sumac
Directions
- Prepare smoker with charcoal, once cooked down, add in water soaked hickory chips.
- Cut a small slit in each pepper and insert 1 crushed clove of garlic and 1/2 tsp sumac.
- Smoke for 15 minutes each side.
- Figure out how to use them in a dish!
