Broccoli, celery, asparagus and fennel fronds “plants”. Brussels Sprouts “brain coral”. Jalapeño and sweet pepper carrot “sea anemone”. Carrot “fish”. Starfruit “starfish”. Gouda carved “treasure chest”. Grits as “sand”. I believe that is all. Oh, forgot the most important part, U/15 fresh head on shrimp, oven roasted in garlic, wine and butter. This was so much fun to put together and tasted pretty amazing.
